Leadership Style & Managerial Effectiveness (LSME) is our flagship leadership development program consisting of: 1) a 360 leadership effectiveness survey, 2) the three-day seminar, 3) six months of tele-coaching in applying one's leadership insights and learning's at work, and, 4) a followup leadership 360 survey eight months after the seminar to measure progress.
We continue to receive "rave" reviews, some say "life-changing". Since 1981, with over two hundred of sessions of the program, we average better than 9.2 on our ten-point post seminar evaluation. More importantly, program graduates show a minimum 10-15% improvement in their leadership effectiveness scores upon receipt of their Follow-up 360 Report.
