Frank Lee is the founder and principal of Frank Lee Associates, Inc., an innovative Silicon Valley leadership and organization development solutions provider since 1972. Frank’s areas of expertise include corporate strategy, culture alignment, change management, and executive leadership-by-example coaching.
Frank has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations—from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies—in a broad array of industries (computer hardware and software, Internet, biotech, medical device and pharmaceutical, retail and distribution, and financial and consulting services) and is a consistently sought-after speaker and seminar leader. Outside of North America, Frank has led consulting and training engagements in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland.
Frank has personally coached over 80 CEOs and their executive teams worldwide. Frank was born in 1942, the eighth of eight children in an immigrant Chinese family, and was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Occidental College (1964) and an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (1966).
Frank is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Organization Development Network (ODN), the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and the Society for Intercultural Training, Education and Research (SIETAR). He holds a lifetime teaching certificate in the state of California.
